Everett Coin Show - gold-forum.kitco.com
Went there today. Most dealers told me they were buying more than selling. $30 for Eagles and 20x face for junk (over melt at the time). I had a few guys tell me they had people in looking thru the books buying every coin marked under melt on Saturday. It sounded like a coin rush. By today all that was picked and the foot traffic was slow. The general thought seemed to be $30 solid by year end ...
Thread: Is it possible to retire early by stacking silver?
If you take out the SHTF stuff, I can't find any information about people making enough money to retire on silver. Real Estate yes, land yes, owning a business yes, investing in a business yes, stacking silver no. Are there any videos or articles you know of that articulate the path through silver (again not assuming hyperinflation or something out of the norm).

How to safely sell one's gold for cash? - gold-forum.kitco.com
How to safely sell one's gold for cash? Hello First post, just how dose one go about selling there gold? Do you do it locally or sell to a buyer off the net? Buying gold seems easy enough but selling it in a pinch is a fog to me. Not only that, how do I find a seller that has the lowest price that day? There are so many sellers but they have slightly different cost for a oz of gold. Thanks 08 ...
Morgans and Peace Dollars - Page 6 - gold-forum.kitco.com
It's good info in the sense that Morgans and Peace are way overpriced today in comparison to four years ago. The same number of these thing are out there right now as there were in 2010 when they were selling at 15-17 dollars. Shouldn't be a penny over $20 right now imo.
why do people buy from ebay ,lcs, etc - gold-forum.kitco.com
No time to go out to my LCS, but I did buy 6 auctions on the bay. A few grams of gold (over spot), and 9 oz of US coin (under spot). Buying on the bay gets me 2% with "bucks" program. Why do I buy at LCS? Typically Englehard bars at $1 or $1.50 over spot, and the same for Eagles. Fractional gold, too. Information is the most valuable commodity.
do silver coins get black spots? - gold-forum.kitco.com
If you are paying a lot more than melt price then you want to worry about condition. If you are just getting silver for the sake of silver then don't worry about spots, it is still silver. 11-28-2010,11:13 AM #6 Desert Diamond View Profile View Forum Posts Private Message Member Join Date Jan 2010 Posts 466 i have bought some old libertads that have black spots on them. with some hagertys ...
Removing gold coins from sealed plastic
Gold doesn't need to be stored in plastic, so take them out and feel that gold baby. Black rimmed air-tites look nice for gold coins all right, but careful storage for gold coins doesn't necessarily mean air tight capsules. So anything you want to put them in will be fine, as long as you remember to handle them with care.
Thread: charlton heston silver bullet - gold-forum.kitco.com
charlton heston silver bullet I've found one of these come up for sale. I can't seem to find out if it is actual silver though. Google led me to a post on here (why do all message board search functions suck?), but it was inconclusive. Can't seem to find info any where else.
